Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers needed to deliver what you asked for — for example our form/email provider and the local real-estate professional who follows up — and only for that purpose.

Where the numbers come from

Market figures, schools, amenities, and maps come from public records (county parcel/sales data, the U.S. Census, Virginia DOE, OpenStreetMap) and are estimates for guidance only — see the Terms.
